Returns

We can accept returns within 5 days of you receiving your order. A refund will be issued - all items must be packaged in original packaging and be in perfect condition on return. If items are returned without the original packaging or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the full refund.

We recommend you using a registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost. In such cases, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.

Please contact homecollectiveco@icloud.com before sending any returns - we will then provide you with return instructions.

No change of mind refunds or exchanges on sale items.

If items arrive damaged please contact us at homecollectiveco@icloud.com within 5 days of receiving your order - please include photos of the damage.
